Our curated GILT City exclusive boxes are scheduled to start shipping the week of April 19th. This is to allow members time to redeem their vouchers before we start shipping in batches.
If you're located in the US, free shipping is included with your purchase! If you live outside of the US, a small shipping charge may be required for your box.
Vouchers are valid for the GILT City exclusive box until June 7th 2018. If you miss that date, you'll be able to apply the value ($26) to anything in our shop or to a new subscription.
Our platform requires CC information be collected on all orders, just in case taxes or shipping charges are required to be collected. If you'd like to have your information wiped from your account after placing you order, please send an e-mail to email@example.com so they can process your request. We do not have access to any of your payment information, cannot force a charge to your account, and cannot add a subscription to your account.
Your extra goodies will be shipped with your first subscription box. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged every month & you’ll only receive them once.
If you're on our month-to-month plan, you can simply cancel that subscription and start a new one on the plan length of your choice.
If you're on a 3- or 6- month plan, you can preemptively cancel your subscription to prevent renewal on your next renewal date.
Please note: if you have already received a box for a particular month, please wait until ordering for the following month starts to begin your new subscription. This will prevent any double boxes.
Once a month on the 15th of each month until you cancel or skip the month. If you selected the 3- or 6-month subscriptions, you will be billed for that amount in your chosen interval.

Yes, we do! A small shipping fee will be added to your order. Please be aware that some countries may require you to pay taxes, tariffs, import fees or customs charges for your package.
Subscriptions are mailed out in batches between the 15th and 31st of each month, in the order they were received.
Domestic shipping takes between 3-7 business days for delivery. International delivery is generally within 5-10 business days. (This excludes weekends.)
Please note: it can sometimes take a few extra days if the postal service encounters inclement weather or issues with your address.
Standalone orders from our online shop are processed & shipped within 2 business days, and are mailed by USPS. For international orders, we may ship them via DHL.
Absolutely! A tracking number should automatically be e-mailed to you when shipping labels are printed. Shipments are usually picked up the same or very next business day.
Yes, you can! You can update your shipping and billing information by logging into your account. If you didn’t make an account, or are having trouble logging in, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Please note: if your box or order has already shipped, we will be unable to change this information and you will need to contact your post office for further assistance.
We are unable to accept returns on our subscription boxes at this time. If you would like to make a return on a collection item, please contact us for further assistance. We can only accept returns on new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is reimbursed for damaged or defective items only.
Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel anything that has already been shipped. You can cancel future subscriptions by visiting your account. We'll hate to see you go, but we'll treasure the time you were with us!
You will still be scheduled to receive those boxes. Cancelling a subscription that length means that you won't automatically renew for the next period.
If you'd like to cancel the remaining shipments, you will need to send us an e-mail at email@example.com so we can cancel those for you. You'll be charged full-price ($34.99) for any boxes you've already received, and the remaining balance of your pre-payment will be refunded to you.
