Once a month on the 1st of each month until you cancel. If you selected the 3- or 6-month subscriptions, you will be billed for that amount in your chosen interval.
Subscriptions are mailed out in batches between the 7th and 21st of each month. Standalone orders are processed & shipped within 2 business days.
Domestic shipping takes between 3-7 days for delivery. Delivery to Canada can take 1-2 weeks, and 1-3 weeks anywhere else (but usually sooner).
Absolutely! A tracking number should automatically be e-mailed to you when shipping has been purchased. Shipments are usually picked up the same or very next business day.
Yes, you can! You can update your shipping and billing information by visiting your account.
Please note: if your box or order has already shipped, we will be unable to change this information and you will need to contact your post office for further assistance.
Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel anything that has already been shipped. You can cancel future subscriptions by visiting your account. We'll hate to see you go, but we'll treasure the time you were with us!
We do not accept returns on our subscription boxes at this time.
If you would like to make a return on a standalone item, please contact us for further assistance. We can only accept returns on new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is reimbursed for damaged or defective items only.
